Robert Charles Gallo (/ˈɡɑːloʊ/; lahir 23 Maret 1937) adalah seorang penelit biomedikal Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal karena perannya dalam penemuan human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) sebagai agen infeksi yang menimbulkan acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), dalam pengembagan tes darah HIV, dan ia menjadi kontributor utama dari riset HIV.
